User Content

Free Plan Users

For users of the free plan, you agree that usage of the service is subject to the limitations and restrictions as outlined on the Pricing & Subscription page. In exchange for use of the Service, you agree to view third-party ads. Tammy AI does not have control over the content of the ads served, and will not be held liable for the display of ads that are considered offensive or inappropriate by the user?. It is important to note that the Service is provided " as is".

Paid Plan Users

For users of the paid plan, you agree to using the Service based on the subscription rate as mentioned in the Pricing & Subscription page and subject to the restrictions and limitations as outlined in the Pricing & Subscription page. The Service is provided “as is”.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Limitation of Liability
